Here's a blog contest or writing project I'd like to bring to your attention: Top 10 Emerging Influential Blogs of 2009. It's a yearly writing project by Ms Janette Toral of Influential Blogger which showcases new blogs that have captured the imagination of its readers through the quality of writing, usefulness, and impact on blog readers.
